10. Where is the "with stuffing" shipping option?
.It's likely that you've already seen this option on the website.
In the past, it had a second option, but due to numerous issues, it was permanently removed.
I'm uncertain about the restoration of this option.
If you are interested in learning more about this option, feel free to ask in a direct message..
11. what's reason you remove "with stuffing" shipping option
.Some reasons for this include the fact that this method can sometimes incur extra charges while in middle of shipping, have high customs duties, and make securing large items a bit of a hassle at times.
However, I would want to stress that my goal is to ensure that all of the prices in this store are affordable, including the shipping costs; thus, I have chosen to permanently eliminate this option.
12. "Need skeleton"—what exactly does it mean?
.Some plush may require bones/skeleton to stand, either because of their design or because the back half of them isn't sturdy enough on its own; this does not include in shipments such as stuffing.
13. "Stuffing"—what exactly does it mean?
.Since all plushies are shipped un-stuffed, you will have to add the stuffing yourself, the amount required is stated in the description, Maybe the amount shown is not correct, it depends on the stuffing you use..
14. Can I order a custom plush using someone else’s design?
.Yes, but it’s your responsibility to ensure you have permission from the original designer. RiverPlushies will only act as the maker and won’t be involved in disputes or conflicts. If the plush is a gift, permission is still advised.
for public or concept designs, make sure no one owns it.
15. What's the difference between complex and bipedal complex?
All bipedal characters may require a skeleton/armature to support the plush to stand on its own, while non-bipedal or quadrupeds and others have the option to use it, which means the plush can stand on its own but also can use the skeleton/armature if you want. I'm trying to design a simple skeleton that can also ship internationally using 3D printing. Please wait until I finally figure it out; until that time, this option is not available.
16: Can I order plush with a custom size?
yes! price change per 10 cm from the original price.
2.5% per 10 cm increase and 6% per 10 cm decrease,
minimum applicable limit
